AURCREST GOLD ANNOUNCES FIRST CLOSING OF BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aurcrest Gold Inc., further to its press release of Feb. 27, 2017, has closed the first tranche of its brokered private placement with the sale of one million working capital (WC) units of the company at a price of five cents per WC unit for a gross proceeds of $50,000. A cash commission of $4,500 and 100,000 broker warrants were paid to the agent with respect to the closing of the first tranche of the offering. The securities issued are subject to a hold period expiring on July 4, 2017.<\/p>\n

The company will leave the remainder of the offering of up to four million WC units open until March 30, 2017.<\/p>\n
